Does the Press report the news
Or just repeat fictitious views?
Journalists should check their sources
But CIA and the Armed Forces
Are faced with situations new
Does the Helmsman's voice ring true?
We've challenges enough, God knows
Recall the Emperor* – with no clothes!
And the tiny child whose voice rang out ...
Who speaks the truth and who has clout?
